A Peek at Production

In the fall of 2025, the Misfit class explored unorthodox publication formats with friends and colleagues at the ABC No Rio Zine Library, Printed Matter and the Cybernetics Library; developed a values-driven process of collaborative peer review and editing; and consulted with designer Elaine Lopez to design an unorthodox publication of mutualistic misfit parts. They worked with Lopez, and benefitted from the generous support of the Parsons Design Lab, to experiment with various production methods as they create an open-access publication.
